Where is the lodge located?
The Stramond Hunting and Fishing Club is located north of La Vérendrye Park, 420 km northwest of Montreal and 235 km north of Gatineau.
What species can be hunted at the outfitter?
The Stramond Hunting and Fishing Club offers its visitors, depending on the time of year, three different types of hunting hunting:
- Moose hunting in the fall;
- Black bear hunting in the spring;
- Small game hunting in the fall;
Our territory is diversified and will certainly please the style of hunting that you practice. We have a cold room to store big game. This way, hunting enthusiasts can continue to enjoy their stay without any worries.
What species can be fished in Lac des Augustines?
As far as fishing is concerned, Augustines Lake is full of fish and offers three types offishing:
- Walleye fishing;
- Lake trout fishing;
- Pike fishing;

Don't worry: our outfitter offers accommodations with all the amenities you need to be comfortable. The main site has seven cottages that sleep from two to nine people, fully equipped for a European plan stay.
